Birthday Party Bounce House FAQ
Short answers to what parents ask us most before they book.
What size do I need for my kid's age?
Ages 3 to 8 do well in the Medium Castle at 13x13. Ages 5 to 12 like the Balloon Bouncer at 15x15. Ages 8 and up want the big castle with a slide. Tell us the ages and we will pick.
How many kids fit at once?
Small units hold six. Mid-size hold eight. Big ones hold ten. We tag each unit with its limit so you can keep track.
Do you set it up and take it down?
Yes. We do both, and it is free. Setup takes 15 to 30 minutes. We get there one to two hours before your start time.
What if it rains?
Call us the morning of. We do not take a deposit, so you can move your date or cancel at no cost.
Can adults get in?
Most units are built for kids 3 to 12. A few of the big ones hold teens and adults. Ask us about weight limits when you book.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks is plenty. Spring and summer weekends fill up fast, so book those sooner.
