Question 1

Where do you offer bounce house rentals?

Accepted Answer

We offer bounce house and water slide rentals throughout San Antonio, TX and the greater Bexar County area, including Boerne, Bulverde, Schertz, Seguin, New Braunfels, Converse, Alamo Heights, Stone Oak, Hollywood Park, and more. Use the surcharge checker on our site to confirm service to your zip code.

Question 2

What is the distance surcharge for my area?

Accepted Answer

Every zip code we serve has its own distance surcharge. There is none at all for many central San Antonio zips, and the rest — including Boerne, Bulverde, Schertz, Seguin, and Alamo Ranch (78253) — are priced individually and shown before you pay. You can check your exact surcharge instantly by entering your zip code on our home page or FAQ page.

Question 3

Is delivery free?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is free on any order that includes an inflatable rental — a bounce house, a water slide or the obstacle course — so there is nothing to pay for the drop-off, the setup or the pickup. An order without one, such as tables and chairs, a concession machine or a dunk tank on its own, carries a delivery fee, which is shown at checkout before you pay. Either way your zip's distance surcharge is separate and is quoted up front too.

Question 4

When do you deliver the bounce houses and water slide rentals?

Accepted Answer

We typically deliver between 8 AM and 10 AM so everything is set up well before your party starts. We often have open availability and are happy to work out a time that is best for you.

Accepted Answer
