How to Raise More at the Carnival

📢 Tell Them Early
Start three or four weeks out. Backpack flyers, the app, and a sign at the car line.
🎟️ Sell Ahead
Cheaper wristbands ahead of time locks in the crowd and the cash.
🍕 Add Food
Bouncers keep them there. Food is what they spend on while they wait.

A Saturday or an early weeknight. Parents have to be able to come.

Short answers to what PTAs ask us most before they book.
Is there a school rate?
Yes. Campuses, PTAs and booster clubs all get a lower rate. Tell us where you are and we will quote it.
What insurance do you carry?
Full liability. We can send a certificate made out to your district. Our limits clear most of them as written.
How far ahead should we book?
Four to six weeks. Spring carnival dates go first, so lock those in as soon as the date is set.
Can you set up on campus?
Yes. We work around grass fields, power drops and gate access all the time. Tell us who to check in with.
How can we pay?
Purchase orders, checks and cards all work. We will bill it however your books office needs it.
Can you send someone to watch it?
Yes, for a small fee. They keep the line moving, watch the unit and count kids in and out.
